Located at 19 Dalry Road, Edinburgh, this fully licensed venue is the original home of our Neapolitan-inspired pizzas, epic sides and galaxy favourites like The Super Mario and Johnny Blaze, fan-approved from multiple planets.

Since first powering up in 2018, Haymarket was the first of the trilogy, launching from Edinburgh’s bustling street-food markets into delightful slices of geeky greatness. We’ve expanded across the city since, but this is where our pizza adventure truly took flight.

In the beginning, Haymarket was a bit like your first attempt at making dough – uneven, undercooked and missing that extra umph. But then came Pizza Geeks, swooping in like culinary superheroes in a sourdough-powered DeLorean. We set up shop with bold flavours, comic book flair and ovens hot enough to make Mordor jealous.
What started as a humble pop-up transformed into a full-blown pizza stronghold. Haymarket became our home base – a proper HQ where geekdom meets gastronomy.
