Our Main Quest
It all began with an out of the blue meeting at a party, since then, a dream was born.
We set out on a quest to discover the one pizza to rule them all...
Starting in Edinburgh’s street food markets, we travelled far and wide, serving handmade Neapolitan-inspired pizzas at events big and small with our trusty fleet of ovens.
After years on the road, we opened our first restaurant in Haymarket in 2018, followed by our second, The Tardis on Leith Shore in 2021 and completing the trilogy with our Easter Road Restaurant, straight out of Tatooine.
Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2025
Pizza Geeks are buzzing to be back at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2025, serving our legendary Neapolitan-inspired pizzas at Pleasance Courtyard, Bristo Square as well as George Square Gardens.
At each venue, we’ll be firing up our signature pizzas loaded with geeky goodness like The Super Mario and bold favourites like The Johnny Blaze, we’ve got options for everyone!
It’s always a highlight to be part of the Fringe, and we’re ready to keep the crowds fuelled with top-tier slices all festival long.
