Pizza Geeks was born in 2016 from a party-room brainstorm and first powered up at Edinburgh’s street-food markets. After opening our flagship in Haymarket (2018) and expanding to Leith (2021), our Easter Road pizzeria completes the trilogy.

Early days at Easter Road were a bit like thin crust – shaky and basic. Hibs didn’t own their ground, but that all changed in 1922 when they snagged a 25‑year lease. Soon after, a shiny main stand and three terraces popped up. The pitch was moved east and a slope emerged (which later became famous), but it meant Hibs could cheese out a proper stadium!
