Our Main Quest
It all began with an out of the blue meeting at a party, since then, a dream was born.
We set out on a quest to discover the one pizza to rule them all...
Starting in Edinburgh’s street food markets, we travelled far and wide, serving handmade Neapolitan-inspired pizzas at events big and small with our trusty fleet of ovens.
After years on the road, we opened our first restaurant in Haymarket in 2018, followed by our second, The Tardis on Leith Shore in 2021 and completing the trilogy with our Easter Road Restaurant, straight out of Tatooine.
About Glasgow
Glasgow feels like a city level-designed by a dev with a fondness for mix-and-match architecture and gritty charm. At its heart stands Glasgow Cathedral, a medieval Gothic tower of stone that survived reformations, wars and centuries of grime.
